Obituary for Dennis Olive Barker
Dennis Olive Barker, 83 passed away peacefully at Aiken Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Barnwell County on November 6, 1940. He was the son of the late Harry Walton and Susanah Morris Barker. He was a retired Insurance Salesman. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. A private intimate family service will be held.
Survivors include his children Beverly (Chuck) Hallman of Barnwell, SC, Mike (Dana) Barker of Barnwell, SC and Mark (Julie) Barker of Cary, NC; Grandchildren Andrew (Holly) Hallman of Lexington, SC, Gregory Barker of Augusta, GA, Wade Barker and Ava Barker of Cary, NC; Great Grandchildren Asher Hallman, Cameron Hallman and Drayton Barker; and special friend Brenda Sox. He was predeceased by three sisters, Mae Frances Freeman, Bertha Panchula and Audrey Halford.
