Born on July 19, 2017 in Augusta, she was the daughter of Clay Austin and Jessica Smoak Elliott.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00PM, with Rev. Ken Catoe officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM till time of the service at the funeral home.
Hartley was survived by her parents, brother, Hayden Smoak, sister, Haylee Smoak, maternal grandparents, Jerry and Cheryl Smoak of Barnwell, maternal great grandmother, Betty Renew of Barnwell, paternal great grandmother, Kathy Elliott of Georgetown, uncle and aunt, Joey and Jennifer Smoak of Barnwell, cousins, Sydney and Ethan Smoak of Barnwell.
