Obituary for Barbara Kinard Dresko
Barbara Ann Kinard Dresko, 85, passed away on February 2nd, 2023. She was born in Bamberg, SC on November 28th, 1937 to the late Owen G. Kinard and Mattie Gohagan Kinard.
She is survived by her brothers James V. Kinard of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Neeley (Jean) Kinard of Barnwell, SC, sister Rosa L. Kinard of Olar, SC, and a number of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Lawrence Dresko, brothers Grady Kinard, Marial Kinard, Paul Kinard, Leighton Kinard, and George Kinard, as well as her sister, Peggy Dyches.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Mole Funeral Home is assisting the family.
