Obituary for Betty Collins Still
Betty Collins Still, 83 of Hilda, SC, widow of Mr. Marion Still, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 3:00PM at Hilda First Baptist Church with Rev. Ted Still, Rev. Donnie Delk, and Rev. Tony Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive guest 1 hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Hilda First Baptist Church.
Born in Barnwell County she was the daughter of the late Bonner and Bertha Mae Collins. She was married to Marion Still for 67 years. She loved to cook and play the piano and organ. She played at Church since she was 12 years old. She loved children and babysat for 33 years and is known as “Aunt Betty” to all.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Hutto of Denmark, two grandchildren, Ryan (Shanon) Bragg and Alyssa Hutto, three great grandchildren, Sadie, Amelia and Garrett, a sister Judy (Wayne) Fort and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Debbie Still Bragg and her sister Annette Collins Smoak, son in law, Kevin Hutto.
