Obituary for Beulah Grubbs Collins
Beulah Mae Grubbs Collins, 90, beloved wife of Albert Collins went to be with her Lord on Saturday March 7, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Beulah was born in Barnwell SC on November 23, 1929 and was a daughter of the late Monroe “Doc” Grubbs and Ethel Still Grubbs. She retired as kitchen supervisor at Barnwell Elementary School. She was a member of Mount Lebanon Christian Church and attended George’s Creek Baptist Church. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great grandmother and sister. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 2 pm in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ted Still officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Lebanon Christian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services in the chapel.
Survivors include her husband, Albert Collins of Barnwell; son, Jeff Collins of Barnwell; daughters, Annette (Jerry) Zissett of Barnwell and Vickie (Stephen) Smith of Hilda; grandchildren, Trina (Chris) Cheek, Kelvin Zissett, Nick Smith, Shay Smith and Shawna (Chris) McClary; great grandchildren, Bailey Cheek, Brittani Still, Trevor Cheek, Noah Smith, McKinsey McClary and Alexis Smith; sister, Ellen Grubbs Sanders of Barnwell and brothers, Junior and Allen Grubbs of Barnwell. She was also predeceased by a grandson, Christopher Cheek, brother, Crawley Grubbs and sisters Zelma Still and Hazel Sanders.
