Obituary for Carl O'Neal Still
Carl O'Neal Still, 86, passed away on Saturday April 12, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Still was born in Barnwell SC on July 19, 1927. He was a son of the late Aaron Broadus Calhoun Still and the late Katie Winifred "Winnie" Black Still. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Chiyoko Fujita "Debbie" Still. He was an army veteran of WWII and retired as a procurement agent with the US Army and Air Force Exchange Service. He was a loving brother and uncle and will be missed by all of his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday April 14, 2014 in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services in the chapel. Memorials may be made to the Carolina Honduras Health Foundation, PO Box 528, Barnwell SC 29812. Survivors include his sister, Norma Jean Still Easterling of Barnwell, SC; brother, Winford (Miriam) Dyches of Eden NC; nieces and nephews,J. Lynn Easterling (Jerry) Barnes of Orangeburg SC,J. Timothy (Deb) Easterling of Plattsmouth NE, Jimmy O. (Melissa) Easterling of Barnwell SC, Cynthia J. (Rodger) Easterling-Grys of Duluth GA, Angela W. Dyches (Keith) Elliott of Eden NC, Patricia A. Dyches (Randy) Burk of Lincoln NE; 12 great nieces and nephews.
