Obituary for Christine Chisholm
Christine M. Chisholm, 77, passed away in Aiken on July 17th, 2023. She was born in Los Angeles, CA on March 12th, 1946 to the late Mary Bergen Minkey and Kenneth Carl Minkey.
She is survived by her son, Van Thomas Chisholm of Barnwell; daughter Geri (Danny) Gillespie of Barnwell; sister Carol Fonseca of California; granddaughter Tuesday Kaitlyn Chisholm; great-grandchildren Bentley Bell, Gunner Hutson, and Kole Hutson; sister-in-law Norma Dowdy; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Van Chisholm Jr.; and brothers Mike Minkey, Ken (Sharon) Minkey, and Carl Minkey of California.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, July 23rd, 2023 at 4:30 PM at the Barnwell County Memorial (Airport) Cemetery with Pastor Ken Dodson officiating.
