Mt. Pleasant SC paid OBIT Cynthia Babb Edwards, 59, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at White Oak Manor, Charleston SC. Cindy was born on July 17, 1953 in Portsmouth VA. She was the daughter of the late Theo W and Anne Deans Babb. She was employed as a registered nurse at MUSC, Charleston, SC Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Sunday in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David O'Donell officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services on Sunday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund, www.heartlandhospicefund.org. Survivors include her daughters, Lisa (Jason) Hutto of Williston SC and Laura (Craig) Crosby of Uxbridge Mass.; sister, Connie (Nathan) Nesmith of Marietta GA.; brothers, Bruce (Cindy) Babb of Mt. Pleasant SC, Jon R. (Ellen) Babb of Darlington SC and Mac A. (Deena) Babb of Savannah GA.; special friend, Carl Douglas of Mt.
