Obituary for Demetris Croft Collins
Demetris Croft Collins, 77, widow of H. Elmer Collins passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the Southern Palmetto Hospital. Mrs. Collins was born in Barnwell SC on September 25, 1937. She was the daughter of the late W.J. and Tina Sanders Croft. She was a homemaker and a member of Reedy Branch Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Harry Warren officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Mole Funeral Home is assisting the family with these arrangements. Survivors include three daughters, Judy (David) Hanshew of Chapin SC, Trudy Collins and Terri (Bruce) Stockwell of Barnwell, SC; grandchildren Shelli (Jason) Rutland, Brian Hanshew, Devin (Karen) Hanshew, Britton Holland and Collins Holland; great granddaughter, Collins Grace Rutland. She was predeceased by a brother, Buddy Croft.
