Obituary for Derry Roundtree Croft
Barnwell SC paid obit Derry Roundtree Croft, 89, widow of David Sam Croft passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013 in the Aiken Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Croft was born in Barnwell County on January 13, 1924. She was the daughter of the late Grover and Lula Roundtree. She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Lebanon Christian Church. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Bonnie Croft Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in Mount Lebanon Christian Church with Rev. Ken Dodson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Tuesday evening at Mole Funeral Home. Survivors include her son, Dan (Gertrude) Croft of Blackville; daughters, Gloria (Jimmy) Hiers, Lynn (Carl) Williams and Carol (Robert Peeples) Thomas of Barnwell; son in law, Wade Jackson of Barnwell; seventeen grandchildren, thirty three great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
