Obituary for Elaine Duncan Bryan
Elaine Duncan Bryan, 84, passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 in Barnwell, SC Born on May 20, 1932 in Clarendon County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Juanita Duncan. Elaine began working for Barnwell County in 1971 in the superintendent's office. She later became superintendent of education for Barnwell County, she was the last to serve in this position. She then transferred to the accounts payable clerk, she worked for the county for 25 1/2 years. She was a member of the Connor Sunday School Class at Barnwell First Baptist Church where she served as president for many years, and was a lifetime member of Twilight Garden Club. Funeral serves will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 11:00AM in the Barnwell First Baptist Church Chapel. Rev Keith Richardson, Dr. Andy Sandifer, and Rev. Farrell Ray will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery by the airport. Visitation will be held from 6-8PM Wednesday evening at Mole Funeral Home. Survivors include her children; Peggy (Jerry) Creech, David (Jan) Rosier, and Kenneth (Aubry) Rosier, step children; Beth Bryan, Elaine (Bob) Anderson, and Connie Malmgren, grandchildren; Mandy (Tracey) Polston, Jeremy (Lesley) Creech, Craig (Crystal) Rosier, and Brannon (Kevin) Faulkner, great grandchildren, Cameron, Caroline, and Cate Polston, Porter, Holland, and Kannon Faulkner, Natalie, Cole, and Wyatt Creech, Jada Judd, Reagan and Meagan Rosier. She was predeceased by a sister, Sarah Knudsen.
