Obituary for Evelyn Stephens Badger
Evelyn Stephens Badger, 73, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in Augusta, GA. Mrs. Badger was born in Hollywood, FL on February 2, 1943 to the late Chester and Flora Knighten Stephens. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. She loved sewing and attending the Hilda Auction on a regular basis. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 10:00AM at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, with Pastor Chris Mullennix officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00PM at Mole Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 304, Elko, SC 29826. She is survived by her loving husband, Tommy Badger, a daughter Renee Badger of Barnwell, grandsons, Seth and Blake Snipes, sisters, Marie Davis and Mary McFayden. She was predeceased by a grandson, Logan Snipes and three brothers, James, Wayne and Richard Stephens.
