Obituary for Frankie Ann Owens Fulmer
Frankie Ann Owens Fulmer, 56, passed away on November 15, 2021 in Blackville, SC.
Frankie was born March 9, 1965 in Barnwell, SC to the late Frank and Annette Owens. She loved life to the fullest. She spent most of her time outdoors. She loved to garden and a natural green thumb with all thing’s plants. During her lifetime, Frankie carried many titles. She was a daughter, big sister, friend, and loving mother, but her favorite title of all was the title of Mema. She loved her grandchildren so much and took such pride in showing them off to everyone. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her and experienced any part of her life.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 2:00PM in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mark Watford officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery by the airport. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Frankie is survived by her two children, Jeremy (Ann) Fulmer of Barnwell and Naomi (Phillip) Beard of Taylors, SC, 6 grandchildren, Rachel Perez, Aubrey Hankins, Skyler Fulmer, Destiny Fulmer, Owen Beard, and Cody Fulmer, 5 siblings, Laverne Owens, Debbie Knowles, Randy Owens, Lynn (Butch) Diehl, Terry Owens, and an extended family of everyone she called “Cuz”. Frankie was predeceased by her granddaughter, Shaniah Hankins.
