Obituary for Franklin Everett Carter
Franklin Everett Carter, 89, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 8, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
Everett was born in Barnwell County on September 20,1931. He was a son of the late Charles Franklin and Sora Belle Dyches Carter. He retired from the Savannah River Site as a Power Operator. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be missed by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 14,2021 at 3 PM in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery at the airport. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. Covid 19 regulations will be observed.
Survivors include son, Joseph M. Moody of Barnwell; daughters, Diane C. Fischer of Graniteville, and Debbie Patricia Carter of Barnwell; grand and great grandchildren, Ashleigh Donehue, Valerie and Julie Moody, Wendi and Michelle Pogie, Jeremiah Satterfield, Kate Fischer, Stephanie Hoyer, Joshua Spencer. He was predeceased by his siblings Orin and Griffen Carter and Latrelle Carter and grandchildren Stephen Fischer and Katrina Fogle.
