Obituary for Georgia Anne Jones
Georgia Anne Duncan Segars Jones, 94, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019, in Laurel Baye Health Care in Williston SC.
Mrs. Anne was born on October 5, 1924 in Lavonia Georgia. She was a daughter of the late Lacey Jones Duncan and Georgia Dickerson Duncan. She was first married to the late Oscar A Segars and then to the late Lowell Jones. She was a homemaker and member of the Barnwell First Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bart Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell Co. Memory Gardens on Reynolds Rd. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral Home.
Survivors include her children, Pamela (Richard) Walsh of Summerville, Billy (Kay) Segars of Leesville and Tim (Cindy) Segars of Lexington; Brother Sam (Nell) Duncan of Waynesboro TN; sister, Mickey Hartzog of Bamberg; grandchildren, Elizabeth Williams, Ronnie Williams Robin (Kevin) Gerzema, Kelly Segars and Christy Segars; and granddaughter in law, Melanie Walsh 8 great grandchildren. She was also predeceased by a grandson, Richard (Rick) Walsh.
