Obituary for Grace Williams Black
Funeral services for Mrs. Grace Williams Black 82, widow of Henry Lewis Black SR. will be held on Thursday August 21, 2014, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of the Barnwell First Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Richardson and Rev. Billy Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell Co. Memory Gardens on Reynolds Rd. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Wednesday at Mole Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd, Suite 100, West Columbia SC 29169 Grace was born in Allendale SC on July 21, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Monroe and Lucille Ferguson Williams and was predeceased by a son Henry Lewis Black Jr... She was an affectionately known as" Nanny" to her grandchildren. She was a homemaker and a member of the Barnwell First Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Brian (Cherie) Black of Gilbert SC and grandchildren, April (Charlton ) Smith, Lewis A. Black, Henry K. Black, Kenton T. Black and great grandchildren, Madelyn Grace Smith and Chase Smith.
