Obituary for Gregory Wayne McPherson
Gregory Wayne McPherson, 74, passed away on February 11th, 2026 at Pruitt Nursing Home in Aiken, SC.
He was born on November 29th, 1951 in Fayetteville, NC to the late Aubrey and Louise McPherson of Barnwell, SC. Greg was one of ten children. He is survived by one sister, Linda M. Red and ML Red of Lexington, SC; one brother Richard McPherson of Thomson, GA; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Greg was a devoted Clemson Tiger Fan and the Jacksonville Jaguars Trevor Lawrence #13.
The family would like to thank Pruitt Health Hospice Team, especially Brandy. We would also like to thank his long time friend, Tami White from Grovetown, GA, Bobby Miller and Robbie Rice of Barnwell, SC.
There will be a private burial service.
