Obituary for Jackie Hoskins Hurst
Mrs. Jackie Rae Hoskins Hurst,73, passed away on Sunday, March 9,2014 in the Aiken Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hurst was born on August 7, 1940 in Middleboro Kentucky. She was a daughter of the late Elam Francis and Nancy Cobb Hoskins. She received her nursing degree from the University of Tennessee. She loved sewing and quilting and reading the Bible. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 14,2014 at 1:00 pm in the Green Hills Cemetery, Middlesboro, Ky. Visitation will be held a 10:00 am before the services at Creech Funeral Home Middlesboro Ky. The family suggest that in lieu of flowers memorials be made the Barnwell Co. Animal Advocates, PO Box 1924, Barnwell SC 29812 Survivors include her husband, George Hurst of Barnwell; sons and their spouses, Paul and Cindy Hurst & Jon and Kim Hurst of Barnwell; grandchildren, Shelby Hurst, Sterling Hurst and MaHayley Hurst of Barnwell; brother, Barchell Hoskins of Amelia OH.; and sister, Billie Hatfield of Norwood OH. She was predeceased by her siblings, Howard Hoskins, Deward Hoskins, Joe Thomas "Bob" Hoskins, Paul Hoskins, Gwen Hoskins, Ruby Hoskins and Glenda Hoskins.
