Obituary for James Charles Toole
James Charles Toole, 81, of Olar, SC passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Aiken Regional Hospital on Monday, December 23, 2019.
Born in Aiken, SC on June 16, 1938, he was the son of the late Gaddis Bradley and Alma Ford Toole. Mr. Toole was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church. He was a member of The Brotherhood for 35 years and the Tape Ministry for 10 Years. James loved being outdoors and planting a large garden that he shared with his friends and community. He was also a very talented wood craftsman. He served in the U.S. ARMY and loved his family. James was employed by Chem-Nuclear and Energy Solutions for many years until his retirement.
Funeral serves will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 3:00PM in Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Kyle Hardin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Thursday evening at Friendship Baptist Church. Mole Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangments.
He is survived by his loving wife Sylvia Ann Fail Toole of the home, children, Eric Keith (Madonna C.) Toole, Patty (Hank) Zorn, Evonne (Kenneth) Villegas, Frances Beach,,Gina (Emerson) Johnson, Gary Charles (Janet) Toole, David Glenn (Shelia) Toole Sr.and James Alan (Lynn) Toole; grandchildren , Harley and Haley Toole, Savannah Williams (Adam) Hartzog, Sean (Alicia) Villegas, Trina Zorn, and Brittany Zorn (Rodney) Still. 20 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, sisters, Helen Greening and Louise Foster. He was predeceased by a son, Richard Jefferies Zorn, a sister Edith Hammond, and 2 grandsons, Chad Williams and Keith C Grubbs.
