Obituary for James J Grubbs
James Junior Grubbs 81, Passed away peacefully in the Lexington Medical Center.
Junior was born in Barnwell County on October 15,1940. He was a son of the late Monroe “Doc” and Ethel Still Grubbs. He worked many years for Barnwell School District 45. He was a loving father and grandfather and will be missed by his family and friends.
A private family service will be held by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorials be made to Mole Funeral Home, po box 254, Barnwell SC 29812.
Survivors include his children, Missy (Mickey) Faircloth, Tater (Tracy) Grubbs, Mike (Michelle)Sanders Sister Ellen Grubbs Sanders; brother, Allen Grubbs; grandchildren, Jarrett Grubbs and Gracie Grubbs and the families of Bobby and Mike Sanders. He was predeceased by his wife Robbin Stanfield Grubbs and his brother and sisters, Crawley Grubbs, Hazel Sanders, Zelma Still and Beulah Collins.
