Jimmy Lavern Sanders, 77 passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 in Orangeburg, SC.
Mr. Sanders was born on June 1, 1941 in Barnwell County. He was the son of the late Willie and Ethel Sanders. He was retired from Millekin Inc. were he was a Department Supervisor in Maintenance. He was a member at Memorial Baptist Church, he will be remembered as a very loving husband, father, and grandfather and for his love of fishing.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 3:00PM in Memorial Baptist Church with the Reverends. Farrell Ray, Jody Jackson, and Charles Mosier officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM, Saturday evening at Mole Funeral Home.
Mr. Sanders is survived by his loving wife, Carol Waltz Sanders of the home, granddaughter Kacie Sanders, brother, Bobby Dean Sanders, Sr., step children, Brenda Allen, Jack Williams, Mary Carrigg, David Williams, and Wayne Williams, 18 step grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Mr. Sanders was predeceased by a son, Bradley Sanders, step daughter, Lisa Sanders and 2 step great grandchildren, a brother and 2 sisters.
