Obituary for Julian Martin Myrick
Julian Martin Myrick 94, husband of the late Lois Carter Myrick, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Allendale County Hospital. He was born in Allendale County on October 6, 1924 and was the son of the late Jefferson Percy Myrick, Sr. and Ruth Boyles Myrick.
He retired as Branch Manager of Edisto Electric Coop in Barnwell after 33 years of service. He was a member of Mount Arnon Baptist Church and served in the US Army during World War II. He is survived by two children; Jimmy Myrick (Lesli) of The Villages, Florida and Beverly Wilson (David) of Allendale. He was the proud "Granddaddy" of 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by siblings, Lib McCaskey, Rosa Lee Berry, J. P. Myrick, Jr. and Betty Ann Mims.
Graveside Services will be held at 3PM on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Swallow Savannah Cemetery in Allendale officiated by Mr. Fred Orr. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Swallow Savannah Cemetery Fund at P.O. Box 306, Allendale, SC 29810. Mole Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
