Obituary for Marilyn Janice Walker
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our dear aunt Marilyn Janice Still Walker, 89, of Barnwell, SC, who went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
Janice “Neecy” was born in Blackville, SC to James Herman and Mary Elizabeth Gantt Still.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, W.E. Walker, brothers, Emory Still and Etheridge Still, and sisters, Lurlene Davis, Mildred Stevens and Eleanor Keel.
She is survived by her many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 o’clock p.m., Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Barnwell Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers are James Paul Williams, Thomas Williams, Chris Snell, Jay Gantt, and Jeff Croft. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. James Anglican Church, PO Box 302, Blackville SC 29817.
