Obituary for Mary Beth Creech
Mary Beth Creech, 77, passed away at her home on June 6th, 2023. She was born on June 16th, 1945 in Barnwell, SC to the late Clyde and Lauvenia Creech.
After 35 years of banking, she pursued her dream of being a caregiver. She was described by many as a very kind, loving, and compassionate person. She was a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church. She served on several committees, one of her favorites was Willing Hearts. She loved God, Family, and Church.
Although she was unable to have children, she made us feel more like her children and grandchildren rather than nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her brother, Elbert Creech; niece Joy (Bill) Bonnette; great nieces and nephews Raven (Jeff) Santino, Aaron Padillo, Caleb Padillo, Mallory Padillo and her fiancé Lane Walling, Brittni Bonnette, and Parker Bonnette; great-great nieces and nephews Landon Santino, Sophia Santino, Payton Padillo, and Teigen Walling.
A visitation will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 11th, 2023 at Friendship Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM, with Rev. Jeffrey Ray, Rev. Kyle Hardin, and Rev. Marshall Still officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Santino, Lane Walling, Blake Whaley, Colton Bolen, Doug Bragg, and Bryan Randall.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Beth’s memory can be made to Friendship Baptist Church or charity of choice.
