Obituary for Nora Brabham Riley
Nora Brabham Riley, 95, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 16, 2017 in the John Edward Harter Nursing Home in Fairfax SC.
Mrs. Riley was born in Allendale Co. on June 30, 1919 and was a daughter of the late Hallie Benjamin and Elizabeth Ferguson Brabham. She was the widow of John WE. “Billy: Riley. Mrs. Nora was a retired store manager for Barnwell Factory Outlet, a member of Barnwell First Baptist Church and Harmony Hope Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel at 2PM with Rev. Gene Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnwell Co. Memorial Cemetery at the airport. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Elaine (Dave) Hiers of Allendale; grandchildren, Jennifer (Tommy) Pinckney and Michael (Annah) Hiers; great grandchildren, Tommy and Auri Pinckeny; sisters, Verna (Julian) Proctor of Warrenville and Shirley B. Johnson of Augusta Ga. She was also predeceased by a son Pat Riley and grandson, Brad Riley, and great granddaughter, Caitlin Elaine Pinckney.
