Mr. Richard E. Nash Jr. 82 passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Nash was born in Durham N.C. on June 25, 1938 and was a son of the late Richard E. Nash Sr. and Irene Reid Nash. He was a US Marine Corp Veteran and a retired fireman with the Kennedy Space Center. He was a Baptist. He was a loving husband, father and great grandfather. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 05, 2020 in the Barnwell County Cemetery at the airport. The family will greet friends after the services. Social distancing and mask requested.
Survivors include his loving wife, Bobbie Rigsbee Nash of Olar, SC, sons, Richard “Rick” (Janet) Nash Jr of Olar, SC and Raymond “Ray” (Jackie) Nash of Sanford Fl.; Daughter, Lauri (Cliff) Robinson of Orange Park Fl; grandchildren, Richard “Ricky” Nash, Danielle Nash, Ashlie Koeblin, Christopher Nash, Jamie Nash, and Corrie Robinson; great grandchildren, Ayden Nash, Phallen Nash, Hunter Nash, Maylie Koeblin, Noah Koeblin and Xander Koeblin. He was predeceased by his sister Peggie Nash.
