Richard "Ricky" Paul Kinard, 55, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013 in Orangeburg, SC. Born on November 9, 1957, in Orangeburg, SC, he was the son of Betty Hoover Kinard and the late Paul Kinard. He was the owner and inspector for Palmetto Home Inspections. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 11:00AM in the Barnwell First Baptist Church, with Rev. Keith Richardson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Survivors include his wife, Kim Felder of the home, son, Franklin "Rich" Kinard of Barnwell, daughter Joy Kinard of New York, mother Betty H. Kinard of Barnwell, sister Jeanna Kinard of Barnwell, 4 grandchildren as several aunts and uncles
