Obituary for Robert Lynn "Bob" Wright
Robert Lynn “Bob” Wright, 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, June 13,2020 at his home.
Bob was born in Oliver Springs TN. on July 24,1947 and was a son of the late Lee Roy and Marguerite Elliott Wright. He was a retired accountant and a member of Reedy Branch Baptist Church. He attended and played basketball for Lake City Junior College and graduated from West Georgia College where he also played basketball.
He was an avid University of Tennessee Vols fan.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday
In the Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Harry Warren officiating. Social Distancing will be observed. The family will receive friends at the cemetery. Memorials many be made to the Reedy Branch Baptist Church Youth Mission Work Fund, 411 Reedy Branch Rd., Barnwell SC 29812. Mole Funeral Home is assisting the family with these arrangements
Survivors include his wife, Susan Sanders Wright of Barnwell SC; sons, Brian (Keri) Owens of Crestwood Ky., Ryan Owens of North Augusta, SC, and Kelly Wright; sisters, Ethel W. Smith of Cleveland TN, Lou (Jim) Black of Denmark SC, Eula Faye (Jennings) Martin of Blackville SC and Jodi W. Black of Cordova SC; sister in law, Sue Wright of Walterboro SC; grandchildren, Madison Owens and Maddox Owens. He was predeceased by his brother, Roy Wright of Walterboro SC.
