Obituary for Roger Dale Croft
Roger Dale Croft, 66, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014 in the Aiken Regional Medical Center. Dale was born in Augusta GA. On November 13, 1947. He was a son of the late Norris O and Essie Brown Croft. He retired as a mill wright supervisor at the Savannah River Site. He was a member of Mount Lebanon Christian Church. He was a true family man who loved to cook for his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 4 pm Tuesday at Mount Lebanon Christian Church with Rev. Ron Franklin, Rev. Jeffery Ray and Rev. Cliff Creech officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:30 pm until the hour of services at the church. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorials be made to the Mount Lebanon Christian Church Cemetery Fund, PO Box 268, Barnwell SC 29812 Survivors include his wife, Brenda Simons Croft of Barnwell; sons, Troy Croft, Travis (Billie Jo) Croft and Jeffery (Raven) Santino all of Barnwell; daughter, Jennifer (Brian) Davis of Barnwell; brother, O'Neal (Betty) Croft of Barnwell; grandchildren, Trey Croft, Austin Croft, Christian Croft, Jessica Croft, Michael Croft, Alexia Croft, Olivia Davis, Rilee Davis and Landon Bodiford; nieces and nephew, Harriett (Frankie) Creech, Kay (David) Summers and Doug (Jodie) Croft. He was predeceased also by a son Joey Croft and a daughter, Rhonda Croft. Mole Funeral Home is assisting the family with these arrangements.
