Obituary for Rowdy Tedward Bolen
Rowdy Tedward Bolen, 46, beloved son of Jewel Rushing Bolen and the late Milton Autry Bolen Sr., adored brother of Brenda Bolen Hair (Corey) and Wanda Bolen Whitworth and her family, Dole Bowen and Judy Justus and the family of late Milton Autry "Bam Bam" Bolen Jr., Candice Youngblood, Dylan Bolen and Autry Bolen; his cherished fiancée Lynnette Taylor went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2014. A celebration of Rowdy's life will take place on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 3:00 pm in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery at the airport with Pastor Mike Cato officiating. The family will receive friends after the services at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Mount Arnon Baptist Church, 706 Shepherd Rd, Barnwell SC 29812. Rowdy was born in Barnwell, SC. On June 9,1968. He attended Barnwell High School where he served as the drum major of the Barnwell High School Scarlet Knights Marching Band where he received numerous awards. After graduating he entered the US Marine Corp and the embarked on a career in commercial HVAC spanning 25 years. Rowdy was currently employed with Richmond County Board of Education as Energy Manager.
