Obituary for Sarah Ruth Best Cooper
Sarah Ruth Best Cooper, 88, passed away on Sunday, December 1,2019 at Agape Living in Augusta Georgia.
Mrs. Cooper was a native of Muncie Indiana. She was born on July 29, 1931 and was the daughter of William and Ruth Belle Best. She was the widow of Carl Wayne Cooper Sr.. She was a member of Seven Pines Baptist Church, Snelling SC. She was a retired employee of Wal Mart. She loved to crochet, sew, make porcelain dolls and many other things in which she loved to make including her famous fudge at Christmas.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 4,2019 at 2 pm in the Seven Pines Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Watford officiating. Burial will follow in Barnwell Co. Memory Gardens on Reynolds Rd. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. Mole Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her children; William W. (Faye) Cooper, Esther Carlene (James) Moody, Carl Wayne (Cindy) Cooper Jr. all of Barnwell; 8 grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
