Obituary for Stephen Carlisle Priester
Stephen Carlisle Priester, 62, passed away on July 28th, 2023. He was born in Barnwell, SC on January 4th, 1961 to the late Glen Priester Sr. and the late Patsy Knopf Brown.
He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Carlisle was a loving, devoted father. He owned and operated his own lawnmower repair shop. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, the outdoors, and spending as much time as possible with his daughter. To know Carlisle was to love him, he would help anyone he could. He made many friends over the years.
Carlisle is survived by his daughter, Tezzie Priester of Barnwell; sister Patty (David) Henderickson of NC; and niece, Crystal Welch. He was predeceased by his brother Glen Priester Jr. and his sister, Izetta Priester.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Friendship Baptist Church. Burial will be announced at a later date.
