Obituary for Sylvia Ann Toole
Ms. Sylvia Ann Fail Toole of Olar, SC passed on Monday, November 27th, 2023 at Pruitt Health in Barnwell following her battle with cancer.
Born October 1st, 1945 in Barnwell County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Edna Fail. Ms. Toole was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church. She loved being outdoors, tending to her gardens with her excellent green thumb, and sewing. Ann pursued her love of making clothes, working 30+ years in numerous sewing rooms.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 1st, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday evening at Mole Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Charles Toole; son Richard Jeffries Zorn; and grandsons, Charlton “Chad” Gregory Williams, Keith Charles Grubbs, and Leroy Zorn.
She is survived by her children, Evonne (Kenneth) Villegas of New Ellenton, SC, Francesca Beach of Barnwell, SC, Patty (Hank) Zorn of Barnwell, SC, and Eric Keith (MaDonna C.) of Barnwell, SC; numerous grandchildren Kenneth Sean Villegas, Savannah Macy Williams, Trina Zorn, Brittany Zorn (Rodney) Still, James Harley (Heather) Toole, Haley Camille (Roy) Still; nine great-grandchildren; as well as her sisters, Joann Croft, Linda Croft, and Peggy Burnett.
