Obituary for Timothy Michael Edwards
It is with great sadness that the family of Timothy Michael Edwards 60, announce his passing after a yearlong courageous battle with cancer on July 22,2020. Timmy will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 10 am in the Olar First Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dean Deer officiating. Social distancing will be observed. The family suggest that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Ln., Columbia SC 29210
Tim was a loving husband of 24 years to his wife Lisa and a loving father to his children. He helped everyone he could everywhere he went, he loved his family dearly. His work experience was with B&B Ford of Barnwell S.C., Davy Plexico of Kline S.C., Strobel Tires of Barnwell S.C., Truck Driver for Wilson Forest Products and Tim Edwards Auto of Barnwell, S.C. Tim was born in Granite City, IL.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Padgett Edwards; his parents, Donald R. and Betty T. Edwards; son, Timothy Michael (Tiffany) Edwards Jr.; daughter, Tanya M. Edwards; brother, Donald R. (Cindy) Edwards Jr,; sisters, Trina (William) Reynolds and Carol Summey; granddaughter, Emmanuel Doris Edwards and three bonus grandchildren; brothers in law, James Williams and Jerry (Brenda) Padgett and sister in law, Linda P. Collins. He was predeceased by a sister Barbara Edwards Williams.
