Obituary for Tom Grayson Sanders Sr.
Tom Grayson Sanders Sr., 71, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 25, 2020 at his residence in Big Fork, SC.
Tom was born in Columbia, SC but loved and was raised in Big Fork Community of Barnwell. He was the son of the late Jack E. and Donnie Lee Sanders. He was a Veteran of United Sates ARMY, and a retired supervisor at the Savannah River Plant, but his passion was owning and operating Hungry Hill Farm in Big Fork Community of Barnwell. He was a member of Allen’s Chapel Baptist Church and a Mason of Harmony Lodge #17. He loved hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, daddy and papa and will always be missed by his family and friends.
A family graveside service will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 4:00PM in the Creech Family Cemetery in Big Fork Community of Barnwell, SC on Big Fork Rd, with Masonic rites. Rev. Farrell Ray and Rev. Marshall Still will be officiating. Mole Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Martha Still Sanders, a son Tom Grayson (Kellie) Sanders, daughter, Kelly Sanders (Jeffrey) Moore, grandchildren, Trey, Jake and Kyle Sanders, Justin, Dylan, Anna and Ryan Moore, brother Jack E. (Laura) Sanders Jr, and sisters, Amy Jones and Rebecca Lee (Tom McMillan) Sanders, and a special relative, Cindy Spires.
