Obituary for Tony Glento Zorn
Tony Glento Zorn, 74, passed away at his home on June 20th, 2024. He was born on October 24th, 1949 in Barnwell, SC to the late Sallie M. and Stanley B. Zorn. He was a very loving father, grandfather, and brother to his family, and enjoyed many things in life including hunting, fishing, golfing, and being in the mountains or at the beach.
He is survived by his daughter, Missy (Joey) Rutland of Barnwell, SC; sons Tony Zorn Jr. of Barnwell, SC and George Zorn of Barnwell, SC; grandchildren Aden Rutland, Izzy Rutland, Cassidy Zorn, Trey Croft, and Dawson Zorn; four great-grandchildren; brothers Leon (Sallie) Zorn and Hank (Patty) Zorn; sisters Iris Still, Vangie Elkins, Lois (Richard) Rudd, and Ann (Steve) Pitsos.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Stanley Zorn Sr., Charles Perry Zorn Sr., Aubrey Hazel Zorn, Donnie Michael Zorn, Oscar Zorn, and John Jackson Zorn Sr.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 24th, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Mole Funeral Home, with funeral services following in the Mole Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM with Steve Pitsos officiating. Graveside will be held at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
