Obituary for Willard "Buddy" Hudson
Willard Hutson aka Buddy Hutson went to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 16, 2021. He passed after a lengthy and complicated hospital stay from COVID 19 complications. Buddy as most people knew him was a loving and attentive husband, father, and grandfather. His love for his family did not end there, he also loved his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He leaves behind a big family that will miss him dearly. He drove a semi-truck for many years and often had one of his children with him or one or more of his nieces or nephews! He loved having them with him when he could. In addition to driving a truck he also served his community as a firefighter and later went on to work as a CNA which he had a passion for and loved doing. Buddy always had the ability to make everyone laugh or smile, he had a smile that was contagious, and it will be missed by all who knew him. Willard is preceded in death by his parents Willard and Myrtle and son Bradley while leaving cherished memories to his wife of 49 years Pamula; sons Willard Jr. and John Mark Hutson; grandchildren Caleb, Kayle, Bradley Jr, Micckey and Christal; brother Tommy Hutson and sister Grace Sorrell. Please continue to pray for the family as we move forward with farewells. Thank You for all words of encouragement and condolences so far. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Barnwell County Memory Gardens on Reynolds Rd.
