Obituary for Alice Carroll Gill
Alice Carroll Gill, 71, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014 in the University Hospital in Augusta Georgia. Alice was born on October 13, 1943 in Barnwell County. She was the daughter of the late Willie and Mary Padgett Carroll. She was a retired secretary and a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 4 pm on Thursday, October 30, 20124 at the Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. John Nixon, Rev. Marshall Still and Rev. Jonathan Rochelle officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Wednesday at Mole Funeral Home. Survivors include her husband, Ralph B. "Randy" Gill of Barnwell; daughter, Teresa (Skip) Zorn of Barnwell; son Adam (Brianna) Zorn of Cordova; brother, William A. "Lucky" (Barbara) Carroll of Olar; sisters, Janice C. Hartzog of Olar and Iris (Norman) Austin of Moncks Corner; grandchildren, Merisa Zorn, Chris Gibson, John Zorn, Clay Zorn, Benjamin Zorn and Harley Zorn; great grandchildren Hunter Zorn and Noah Williams; many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Henry Carroll.
