Obituary for Ralph W Moody
Ralph W. Moody of the Big Fork Community passed away on February 13, in the Allendale County Hospital at the age of 97.
He was born in Barnwell County, a son of the late William Henry and Daisy Barker Moody. Ralph served in the US Navy during WWII and retired from the Barnwell County Vocational School after 20 years of service.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 16 at 11 am at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Harry Warren officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday evening at Mole Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years Addie Evelyn Bonds Moody, sister in law, Frances Moody and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Moody was predeceased by a sister, Oneda Moody and brothers, Robert Henry Moody, Melvin Moody and Lloyd Moody.
