Obituary for Barbara Rosier Nicewanner
Mrs. Barbara Rosier Nicewanner, 44, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at TRMC in Orangeburg, South Carolina after a brief battle with covid pneumonia. She was born on January 8, 1977 at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia to Mr. Gregory W. Rosier and the late Patricia “Faye” Bridgmon Rosier.
Barbara was a native of Barnwell and lived here her entire life. She graduated from Barnwell High School in 1995 and got an Associate Degree from USC-Salkehatchie. She was a homemaker and loved keeping her grandchildren, who were her heart! She recently just got married to Mr. Boyce “Butch” Nicewanner on May 16, 2021, this union made her face glow with happiness.
She was a caring person and no matter what she always loved unconditionally.
Barbara is predeceased in death by: Her mama, Patricia “Faye” Bridgmon Rosier; Grandparents: Mr. & Mrs. Robert L. Rosier and Mr. & Mrs. Charlie Bridgmon; Two cousins: Kim H. Smith and Denise W. Willingham; Also, several aunts and uncles on both the Bridgmon and Rosier sides of the family.
She is survived by her husband, Boyce “Butch” Nicewanner of the home; Children: Hannah Croft, Courtney (Brent) Black, and Dawn (Jamie) Sullivan all of Barnwell, South Carolina; Father, Gregory W. Rosier of Barnwell, South Carolina; Sister, Teresa (Robby) Sanders of Barnwell, South Carolina; Mother-in-law, Candace Nicewanner of the home; Three step-children: Cheyanne, Dakota and Boyce, Jr. Nicewanner all of Tampa, Florida; Eight nieces and nephews: Robert (Candice) and Tori Sanders, Ashleigh (Dalton) Peeples, Josie, Austin and Collin Croft all of Barnwell, South Carolina; Four Grandchildren: Oaklynn, Braxten and Blaine Black and Briar Sullivan all of Barnwell, South Carolina; Very special friends; Eric & Tanya Croft, Lori Sanders, Michelle Black, Lynn Gordy and Haley Ethridge all of Barnwell, South Carolina; Also a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who she loved dearly.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA. 22116-7023 and Epilepsy Foundation, 3540 Crain Highway, Suite 675, Bowie, MD 20716.

Graveside Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 3:00PM in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:30PM until 2:30PM at Mole Funeral Home before the service.
